Hi Rachael, I just tried the 5 spice pork belly from your cookbook. It was my first ever pork belly and was lovely, but I note that you indicate that you make pork belly lots and wondered if you get a your pork belly without bones? The one I got from my butcher had bones and that impacted the even cooking of the crackling and I think impacts the cooking time.
I'm the first to admit my version of pizza does sound a bit weird but trust me, it's really good, honest!

Just whipped up a little fruit paste/sweet chutney to go with our Easter cheese platter - handful of fejoas, dried apricots, dates and lime juice cooked in a small pan with 1/3 cup water for 5 mins - delish!
